Clean room with a nice view of the beach. The pool was not well maintained and too warm. Mini golf in the area was a fun extra. Check-in took quite a while, and the staff could be more attentive.

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes were a great plus for our family stay. The pool water looked murky, so we skipped swimming. Beach access requires a bit of a walk, but it’s manageable. Limited kitchen supplies made cooking a bit challenging.

Spacious room, a definite highlight. A true plus for larger groups. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Found hair in the shower; no one wants that. The advertised kitchenette was misleading; only a tiny stovetop. Air conditioning worked well, thankfully. But the hallways were excessively warm, and the lobby smelled musty. Service was lacking. Encountered a front desk attendant asleep in her chair. Encountered inconsistent pricing issues upon check-in. Roadblocks to reach the beach due to access codes also frustrate. This place is tired. It needs serious renovations. Nice location close to amenities, but the lack of upkeep detracts from its potential. Attention to detail is crucial here.

The housekeeping team keeps everything super clean. They offer a variety of room sizes and some are downright spacious.
Just watch out for the parking lot; it's darker than a cave at night!

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. You got a good view of the bay and it's close to restaurants and shops.
It wasn't cheap, but it’s still reasonable for what you get.

The place was such a letdown! Our toilet broke overnight, and when I tried to ask for help, the staff member was asleep in a chair. It took forever to get any real assistance, and the lack of basic hygiene was unbelievable.

The staff was super accommodating and made my stay so enjoyable! The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. And I loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants!

I loved how this place was just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze, plus there were awesome dining options nearby like Kohnami Restaurant just 500 meters away and Gabriella's Italian Grill even closer, only a few steps away, which made meals a breeze! The pool area was also a hit for relaxation with friends and family after a long day of exploring the vibrant touristy vibe of the island, but the hotel could definitely use some improvements in room maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

The room offered a spacious layout, but the overall cleanliness was concerning. Cracked tiles and a strong musty smell were immediate red flags. The temperature control worked well, but the AC unit had visible mold. The bed was comfortable, yet the couch looked worn and dirty. Small cockroaches were spotted, which added to the unease. Despite the nice layout, the room felt rundown and in need of repairs. The kitchenette was expected but lacked the stove that was promised. much improvement is needed to meet basic cleanliness standards.

The room was spacious and clean, with a surprisingly comfy bed and a handy kitchenette. the hotel felt neglected; dusty hallways and hot common areas were off-putting. While the view of the bay was nice, the front desk staff lacked warmth and attentiveness. Encountered a few unwelcome guests in the room, and the overall maintenance clearly needed attention. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to food and the beach, but the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness dampened the experience. Would recommend seeking alternatives until updates are made.

The air conditioner worked great and cooled the very large room quite well. The room faced west, providing nice views of the bay. Additionally, parking was free and relatively safe and convenient.
The room was very dated and in poor condition. The bathroom had mold, dirty tiles, and a lack of utensils.

Had a blast with friends at Sunchase IV! Chilled by the cool pool and cruised on jet skis. Parties at the beach and lively nights in town. Ultimate teen vacation spot!
Would've been even better with more late-night hangout spots nearby for young party-goers.

The gentleman who was there in the afternoon, however, was welcoming and respectful. The location of the property was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. One major downside was the issue with bed bugs. My partner woke up with bites on her leg, which made us uncomfortable but we were too embarrassed to inform the front desk. It lingered in the back of our minds throughout our stay. Another memorable drawback was the lack of proper hospitality from the staff. We experienced issues with check-in confusion and having to request more towels, which should have been provided upfront considering the number of guests in our room. cleanliness was a concern. We encountered bed bugs and roaches during our stay, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The carpet was filthy, and there were even baby roaches found in the bathroom of one of the rooms. the amenities provided were not up to par. The pillows were uncomfortable, towels were thin and small, and the wifi was unreliable. We also had issues with housekeeping, as our room was not cleaned, and we had to request new towels ourselves. I would not recommend staying at Sunchase due to these disappointing experiences. The lack of cleanliness, poor staff interactions, and inadequate amenities overshadowed the positives of the location and room size. It's essential for the property to address these issues to improve the experience.

Rock waterfall at the pool was a nice touch. Fitness center without windows made me forget I was working out. Near fun attractions, plus poolside umbrellas!
I absolutely adored everything, except maybe the nonexistent kitchen utensils.

We stayed at the family, friendly beach getaway , Sunchase IV , where our spacious room was perfect for our big family. The location was spot, on for quick beach access and plenty of breakfast options nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff gave great restaurant recommendations.
My children wished for more family, friendly activities onsite.

Our room at this hotel was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of six. The beds were cozy, and the kitchenette was a convenient addition. The pool and jacuzzi had a fantastic view, and the on-site bar was a fun spot to hang out. The location was excellent, within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely book again.
The noise from other guests in the hallway at all hours of the night. It was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

During our stay at Sunchase Inn & Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room that comfortably accommodated our family of six. The convenient early check-in allowed us to start enjoying our vacation sooner. The nearby beach and amenities in the room made our short stay memorable. I'll recommend this hotel.
